Lightovation Passport Program!

We are hoping to make your Lightovation experience more enjoyable than ever before. Please read
these few rules and guidelines before beginning your journey.

1. Your Journey will begin at ALA Smart Center, room TM 4826 where you will register and pickup your personal Passport QR login cards. (You will need to scan this Login QR code before scanning the QR codes at each manufacturer showroom that is toured)
2. No purchase is necessary or required for participation in this program
3. We will be drawing for incredible prizes on the following Monday after Lightovation has concluded. All winners will be posted on the Richard Alan & Associates website HERE. In order to gain entry in all of the drawings, you need to scan QR codes that are located in the showrooms that are toured. A participant is only eligible for the drawings if they scan QR codes from manufacturers that we represent in your geographic area. For example, since we do not represent Varaluz in North Texas or Oklahoma, you are not required to get a Varaluz scan if you are located in North Texas or Oklahoma
4. Qualifying - To qualify for the drawing, each participant must have a minimum of 10 items scanned into their passport using the QR codes that are located at each passport checkpoint after touring the showroom. Each checkpoint qualifies 1 scan. There will be 2 options to scan at each checkpoint, one will be for NO Purchase and the other for With Purchase. While visiting a showroom, if a purchase is fulfilled with that Vendor, you qualify scanning the QR code "With Purchase", resulting in an additional 4 entries for the drawing.
5. Point System - In each showroom, there are 2 QR codes: Only 1 scan per showroom will be validated, so be sure to scan the right one!
1. NO Purchase = 1 Point
2. With Purchase = 5 Points
6. Winners need not be present to win a prize during the drawings. The winners will be notified by email within a week after the show. The drawing will be conducted by the XOLogic staff and not anyone in the Richard Alan & Associates, LLC Agency
7. By participating, you are authorizing RA&A to publicize the activity and all of the winners via social media and any print media outlet that we wish to carry the story
8. The extra entries submitted through the QR code labeled "With Purchase" are subject to verification and acceptance by the manufacturers.
